Policy

As a courtesy to other clients, please reschedule with a minimum of 24 hours notice. The full visit fee is charged for missed appointments and cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time.  

Payment in full is due at time of service.  Cash, check, venmo, and charge cards accepted.

Stephanie is an out-of-network provider.  For clients with insurance coverage, a superbill is provided upon request.
